While ordering our products we request the following personal information from you on our registration form: first and last name, billing/shipping address, telephone number, email address, username, password, password hint. This is the information we need to process your order. Your telephone number is required to complete the registration or order process, so that we can use it to contact you about your order if we need to. Your billing information is also used to ensure that the right person is charged for the merchandise ordered.

As a wholesale distributor our company policy enforces a $300.00 minimum.
Customers are required to contact the customer service department to establish the wholesale account with GITIONLINE.
For all missing and/or damaged merchandise from manufacture, you must report the status to Giti Headquarters within 7-days of the delivery. Any items not reported within the 7-day period will not receive credit.
*If you receive merchandise that was not items ordered yet charged, please contact Giti HQ to report this issue, send merchandise back, and you will receive credit.
Please keep in mind the Credit will not become effective unless the Giti Online Management formally approves the credit.
We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS.
