Items purchased from GitiOnline are eligible for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. A valid Return confirmation is required for items to be returned.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.
GitiOnline does not provide refunds (only store credit or exchange)
The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return:
- Bathing/Swimwear/Beachwear/Swim Sets
- Party Dresses (including white dresses)
- SALE Items (All items in the SALE category)

All returned products must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.
Please note that all accessories, swimwear/beachwear/bathing suits, underwear, bralettes, bodysuits, face coverings, party dresses, and jewelry are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchanges only (if the product size is in stock). No exchanges will be supported for International orders.

Packages shipped without any indication of the original order number or copy of the return confirmation page may not be accepted or delayed in processing.
We process returns within 5-7 business days after we receive them (usually sooner) - Keep a look out for an email for any exchange confirmations
Once we receive and process the exchange we’ll send an invoice out for reshipment for the exchanged size (Please make sure to pay this invoice as soon as possible so we can process to ship your exchange)
