Returns & Exchanges

Online Return Policy

Items purchased from GITIonline are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving. A valid RMA # is required for items to be returned.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.

GITIonline does not provide refunds for any purchase.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. (Including delivery day)
  • A Return Confirmation Number (RMA) is required to return your merchandise by mail. (Any items shipped without a confirmation or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited)
  • The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 14 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.
  • If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged clothing upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
  • Returns are processed within  two weeks of the packaged invoice.

 

Shoes

  • All shoes must be packed in the original box and shipped inside a separate box. 
  • Use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be rejected or be presented with a 15% restocking fee
  • All shoes have a flatrate $8 shipping charge and are not included in the free shipping promotion

 

$10 Sale Items

All $10 Sale Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns for Exchanges or Store credit. 

Gift Certificates/Store Credit

  • Orders placed with store credit and or gift certificates make the order final sale. 
  • The order is not returnable to store credit only exchange if the item is available or valid
  • We do not allow double returns (only one return for an exchange will be processed). 

SALE Items

  • Any item with a red line marked through and or has final sale written on the outfit is final sale and is non returnable

 

Restocking Fee

 

  • It is the customers responsibility to verify their shipping address, any packages returned to us because it was deemed undeliverable will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

 

Exchanges

  • Please contact us if you’re interested in exchanging your item (must be within the 14 day return policy)
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges if the product is being exchanged.
  • Invoices will be billed out separately to cover shipping costs.   

Returns/Exchange (Instructions)

(1).Log in to your account. Click My Account, on top right.

(2).Click on Order History.

(3).Select date when item was purchased.

(4).Click on order I.D. number. Receipt will pop up.

(5).Click on right hand side. Create Return.

(6).Select the item(s) being returned.

(7).Select reason and write brief explanation.  

(8).Once finished click CREATE.

You will receive an email with your return I.D. number. Once your return has been authorized.

Please either print this page or write the return number on a paper with the merchandise being returned.

Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return i.d. will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.

Any package returned LATE will not be issued store credit. Customer will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the customers responsibility to return all authorized items within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

 

Refunds

No refunds. Store Credit or exchange ONLY. You will have to pay additional shipping for any exchange.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale Items)

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • Items marked down 50-70% off (Special Offers Included)
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits & Bathing Suits
  • Party Dress

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
